Our products are built to last. But if something’s off—whether it’s a misfit or a manufacturing anomaly—we’ve got your back.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in original condition

Packaging, tags, and hardware are intact

No modifications or signs of installation

You can provide a valid order reference

Non-Returnable Items
Some parts cannot be returned, including:

Final sale or clearance items

Custom or made-to-spec components

Products that have been installed, altered, or show wear

Lubricants, fluids, or opened maintenance kits
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our standards of inspection or falls under non-returnable conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery method and keeping proof of shipment until the return is confirmed.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received the wrong part? Noticed damage on arrival?
No stress. Just email us at [email protected] with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll take action to resolve it through refund, replacement, or store credit—whatever works best for your build.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, the return policy applies.
Performance Doesn’t Have to Be Permanent
We want you to feel confident with every order, knowing that if something doesn’t fit—literally or functionally—you’ve got the support to recalibrate.
